Achievements by the Students’:

Mr. Rajaram Satpahty went to Glasgow, London for poster presentation on Biometric Characterization of Mimosa Pudica, when he was a first year student of ECE branch.
A research paper sent by Miss Sonam Narayan, a student of 2nd year ECE branch, on “Using X-ray defractor : fruitlike Florence structure” was accepted by 'ASCA 2010', South Korea.
“Design a Color sensor : Application to Robot Handling Radiation Work” was presented by Swati Kumari and Padmalaya Lenka of 2^nd year in a international conference at NIT Rourkela.
A research paper named “Time stamp based algorithm analysis” was presented by Sanjeeb Biswal and Rajesh Subhankar of 2^nd year CSE branch, at Pursottam Engineering College, Rourkela.
A research paper named “Wireless Industrial Surveillance System using Real-Time Operating System” was presented by Sanak Satpathy of 1^st year, at GIET, Gunupur.
Mr. Rajesh Subhankar, a student of 2^nd year CSE branch attended the seminar on Nuclear Physics at Bhopal.
A National Seminar on “Free and open source system software” conducted by KMBB was attended by Sanjeeb Biswal of 2^nd year CSE branch.
Mechanical project “A portable Thermo Steam Engine” was prepared by students of Mechanical Engineering on 20/11/2009.
A project on 'SMS automation' is being prepared by CSE branch students.

A workshop on “Ethical Hacking” by Kyrion Technology was held successfully.
